The routing service AnachB is continually improved and optimised for specific target groups (people with limited mobility, cyclists, ...).
Every 7 minutes, ITS Vienna Region provides all three federal states of Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland with a traffic update. In the context of EVIS.at, traffic condition updates like these are to be developed in consistent quality for all of Austria.
ITS Vienna Region has built up outstanding expertise in traffic modelling: our planning traffic model is largely based on automation-supported data updating, and we have also developed a special freight traffic model (GÜMORE project).
ITS Vienna Region provides support to the federal states of Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland in the transition to digital traffic management. Thereby, it aims to simplify traffic management, to make it more efficient and transparent and to contribute to more up-to-date and more reliable traffic information.
