Products & Services
With our products, core competencies and expertise in system development, data mining, data analytics, data engineering, and selected key technologies (e.g. AI), we lay the groundwork for services and decision-making in transportation planning and management.
AnachB
The AnachB routing service is jointly operated by ITS Vienna Region and the Verkehrsverbund Ost-Region (VOR) and is based on the Austrian Travel Information Service (VAO). AnachB is available free of charge as a website, app, and widget integrated into numerous partner services. AnachB objectively compares routes and travel times for public transit, cycling, walking, driving, and combinations - using real-time data and covering all of Austria. AnachB also provides information on current traffic conditions, roadwork, detours, and traffic reports, as well as traffic webcams.

Graphenintegrations-Plattform GIP
The foundation for digital transformation in the transportation sector is an up-to-date and comprehensive digital transportation network. The Graph Integration Platform (GIP) maps the entire transportation network of Austria. Since early 2016, the GIP has also been available free of charge as Open Government Data (OGD). ITS Vienna Region played a key role in its initiation and development and is now the operator of GIP Austria.

Traffic models
ITS Vienna Region has developed outstanding expertise in the field of traffic modeling. Our traffic planning model relies heavily on automated data updates. In addition, we have developed specialized traffic models, such as those for freight transport. Using sensors, traffic models, and historical traffic data, ITS Vienna Region calculates the current traffic situation - including forecasts - for the road network in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland every 7 minutes.
